EYPICAL
Roasted Light for Filter
Eligible for Free Domestic Shipping for orders above S$50
Ethiopia Yeast Processed Idido.
EYPICAL (pronounced like "Typical," but with a "Yee") is a uniquely processed coffee, gently fermented with ORO Yeast over three days. This unconventional method highlights vibrant notes of tropical fruits and orange citrus, finishing with a juicy, refreshing mouthfeel and a subtle wine-like aftertaste. Lightly roasted to preserve these delicate flavours, EYPICAL provides an intriguing twist compared to traditional washed or natural Ethiopian coffees.
We recommend this coffee for filter brewing methods like pour-over and cold brew—or even better, meet in the middle with our favourite: a refreshing Iced Filter Brew. Curious how it's done? Check out our HWBI section below to see exactly How We Brew It.
